Staff

St.Pierre cares greatly about all our staff and we realize that we are only as good as our staff. We provide a very clean and comfortable work environment.
We provide half off all services unlimited amounts so staff can receive treatments on a regular basis.We offer a Rewards Program to our staff where staff can receive Rewards points for doing something like providing an extra massage etc. and they use these points as dollars towards services at the spa.
We care and provide training to each individual staff member. We are a support system for our staff and like to think we are their home away from home.We provide a safe, supportive positive work environment.

Community

We have attended multiple events donating hundreds of hours of chair massage to the Napa Valley community in the last 11 years. We have  donated hundreds of hours of massages at the spa to the Napa Valley Community including but not limited to multiple schools in the Napa Valley Unified School District, multiple Private Napa Valley Schools, Whole Foods staff and customers, Napa Fire Department, Napa Valley Police Department as well as many many more local organizations.
