How does infrared sauna differ from traditional sauna?
A traditional sauna heats the air but infrared light comes from the sun's invisible spectrum of light and can penetrate human tissue. Infrared heats the body directly rather than just the air. Treatment will increase your body's core temperature resulting in a much deeper, more detoxifying sweat from the cellular level of your skin where toxins are stored. Think of infrared like sunbathing but infrared won’t burn your skin.
